We are looking for:

A driven, forward-thinking networker who is not afraid to give an elevator pitch anywhere, at anytime.

You must have an inherent passion for solving complex problems, ability to understand client issues and meet them where they are.

Relationship building and outreach skills are strongly preferred.
Duration: minimum commitment of 1 year with the opportunity to be staffed on multiple projects (and a minimum of one project).
External (Project) Team
Project teams will be curated based on specific project needs and will be assembled on a case-by-case basis. Project team members are offered direct, real-world business problem solving opportunities in the biotech/healthcare/life sciences industries. As a project team member, you will

interact with a single client/company and see through the life cycle of a typical (8-10 week) project

perform in-depth research and analysis

come up with tailored solutions based on client needs
We are looking for:

A collaborative team player who learns fast and implements feedback even faster. You will need to demonstrate your ability to synthesize complex technical information into actionable insights for clients.

Strong communication, analytical, technical and presentation skills are preferred.
Duration: short term (8-10 weeks), can be even shorter depending on project needs.

We recruit consultants on a per project basis, depending on the needs of our clients. The process is outlined below:

Some project team members who do exceptionally well will be given the opportunity to join the team permanently and potentially lead projects of their own
The Recruitment Database
We maintain a database of our applicants and recruited consultants, so we can reach out to recruit for future projects:

Once you fill out the application form, you will be added to our database

We only reach out to individuals for projects if they are registered in the database

We reach out to individuals once we get a project that matches their expertise
-
We aim to have four projects per year, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear back from us for some time; we just haven’t found the right project for you yet
